Cancellation Policy

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your subscription account or password. If you are under 18 years of age, you may not use this website. BookingAlpha reserves the right to refuse service, terminate subscriptions, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion, and for any reason at any time.

Subscription Term and Payment
Payment for your subscription(s) will be made on the date you place your order for membership. The subscription term(s) will commence on the date you register for membership and continue until terminated as provided below. Current subscription rates are available elsewhere.

Subscription Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, there are no refunds or credits issued for partially used or canceled subscriptions, including annual subscriptions. To cancel, you must follow the process detailed in the FAQ section of the website found here:  FAQ's  Simply sending us an email to cancel is not sufficient.

If you intend to cancel your subscription but fail to do so prior to your next billing date, you consent and agree that no refund will be forthcoming. We reserve the right to terminate your subscription and use of the Service at any time for any reason, including without limitation any breach by you of this Agreement of these Terms of Service.

Autotrade accounts will be disabled immediately upon receiving notification of subscription cancellation.  Therefore, open positions will no longer be autotraded upon subscription cancellation

Automatic Subscription Renewal
Your subscription(s) will renew automatically according to the payment plan you selected and authorized at the time of purchase, unless you cancel your subscription prior to the billing date. If you do not cancel your subscription prior to your billing date, the then-applicable subscription fee(s) will be billed automatically to the credit card in our records.
